Sign Up & Choose Your Plan

Create your account and select the plan that fits your business. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.

  • Visit the Pricing page and choose Starter, Professional, or Enterprise
  • Register with your business email
  • Complete the quick onboarding questionnaire (business name, industry, goals)
  • You'll be taken straight to your dashboard
💡Pro tip: Not sure which plan? Start with Starter — you can upgrade instantly as your business grows.

Set Up Your AI Chatbot

Our team configures your AI chatbot based on your business. We train it on your services, pricing, FAQs, and policies so it can answer customer questions accurately.

  • After sign-up, our team contacts you within 1 business day
  • We schedule a 30-minute onboarding call to understand your business
  • We build and train your chatbot using your information
  • You review and approve the chatbot before it goes live
  • Your knowledge base is always editable from your dashboard

Add the Chatbot to Your Website

10 minutes (or we do it for you)

Embedding the chatbot on your website takes a single line of code. We provide the snippet and can install it for you on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and most other platforms.

  • Go to Dashboard → Chatbot → Embed Code
  • Copy the one-line JavaScript snippet
  • Paste it before the </body> tag on your website
  • The chatbot will appear as a bubble in the bottom-right corner
  • Customise the colour and greeting message from your dashboard

Connect Your Integrations

15–30 minutes

Connect the tools your business already uses. The more integrations you enable, the more your AI can do automatically.

  • Google Calendar / Cal.com — for automated appointment booking
  • WhatsApp (via Twilio) — for AI-powered WhatsApp responses
  • SendGrid — for email automation and sequences
  • Zapier — to connect to 5,000+ apps (HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, etc.)
  • Stripe — already connected for your subscription billing
💡Pro tip: Start with Google Calendar if you take bookings — it's the highest-impact integration for most SMEs.

Set Up Lead Capture & CRM

15 minutes

Your chatbot can automatically capture leads — names, emails, phone numbers, and enquiry details — and save them to your CRM dashboard.

  • Go to Dashboard → Chatbot → Settings → Lead Capture
  • Enable lead capture and set which fields to collect
  • Configure email notifications for new leads
  • View all leads in Dashboard → Leads
  • Convert leads to clients with one click
💡Pro tip: Enable lead notifications so you get an email every time a potential customer interacts with your chatbot.

Create Email Automation Sequences

20–30 minutes

Set up automated email sequences to nurture leads, onboard new clients, or follow up after appointments — all sent automatically based on triggers you define.

  • Go to Dashboard → More → Email Sequences
  • Create a new sequence (e.g., "New Lead Follow-Up" or "Welcome Series")
  • Add steps: emails sent 1 day, 3 days, 7 days after a trigger
  • Write your email content or ask us to write it for you
  • Activate the sequence — it runs automatically
💡Pro tip: A simple 3-email welcome sequence (Welcome → Tips → Special Offer) can significantly increase conversion rates.

Go Live & Monitor Results

Once everything is configured, you're live. Your dashboard gives you a real-time view of chatbot conversations, leads captured, appointments booked, and emails sent.

  • Check Dashboard → Analytics for weekly performance metrics
  • Review chatbot conversations in Dashboard → Chatbot → Conversations
  • Monitor leads and conversions in Dashboard → Leads
  • Use the weekly email summary we send every Monday
  • Update your knowledge base as your business changes
💡Pro tip: Review chatbot conversations weekly for the first month — you'll spot gaps in training quickly and can update your knowledge base.
