Auto-renew is on by default so your service continues uninterrupted. You can turn it off any time from your billing settings — your plan will end at the close of the current period with no further charges.
14-day refund guarantee on your first payment
The free trial costs nothing. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. Your plan then won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. During this time you keep full access to paid features. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, your access is removed and your subscription is cancelled. You can resubscribe any time.
Yes — you can turn off auto-renew or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Your data is stored securely in the EU (Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are ICO registered (ZC272982). See our Security and Data Processing pages for full detail.
